Welcome to the internet home for Omni Community Association Managers (“Omni”), a division of Professional Subdivision and Association Managers, Ltd. (“PSAM”), serving subdivision and condominium associations in Ohio and Kentucky, and the Village at Armstrong Farms in southern Indiana. 

Omni is a privately owned and operated company based in Grove City, Ohio.  Some of the single-family subdivisions and condominium communities we manage are still in the process of being developed (homes or condominium units still being built by the developer), and others have Boards of Trustees elected from among owners in the development . If you live in one of our managed subdivisions or communities, we are pleased to be of service to you! This web site is designed to provide some basic information to residents in our managed developments, and to offer links to some other sites that we think might be helpful.
